Triumph 350: To rival the Royal Enfield Classic 350,which dominates Indian roads, British giant Triumph is preparing to launch its most affordable and powerful retro bike. In collaboration with Bajaj, Triumph is working on a 350cc retro bike that will not only look classic but also deliver unparalleled performance. Recently spotted without any camouflage during testing, this bike has created a sensation in the automotive world. If you, too, are a fan of a classy and powerful bike, this article is a valuable insight for you.
Triumph-Bajaj’s 350cc Segment

The Triumph and Bajaj partnership has already established a strong foothold in the Indian market with the Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X. Now, the duo is launching its seventh bike, which will directly target customers who are passionate about Royal Enfield’s retro look. According to media reports, Bajaj will manufacture this bike entirely in India to keep its price tag low and competitive. This is the first time a Trump bike has been glimpsed so clearly in its production-ready avatar, suggesting that its launch is only a few months away.
Design and Look
The new Trump 350cc design appears more vintage and retro than the Speed 400. Wire-spoke wheels evoke nostalgia, giving it a steely, classic look. A new radiator grille and belly pan have been installed to give the bike a rugged presence. Its rounded headlights and sculpted fuel tank give it a steely presence on the road. Given the strong sales of the Royal Enfield Classic 350, Trump has added more “old-school” elements to the bike to give it more direct competition.
Bike Features

This upcoming bike, spotted during testing, has revealed some technical changes that make it stand out from other models and make it more powerful. It features a new instrument cluster that is fully circular, a significant departure from the rectangular system on the Speed 400. Regarding suspension, the front has been replaced with USD forks with steel RSU units and fork gaiters. The rear also features a twin-shock absorber setup, which will provide a classic look and provide steel-like strength on rough terrain. For safety, disc brakes and dual-channel ABS are provided on both wheels, with the front disc located on the right.
Engine Power
This upcoming bike is expected to feature a new 350cc TR-series engine. Despite its single-cylinder engine, it will be known for its smoothness and steely torque. Experts believe it could be named the Triumph Bonneville 350. The company has also made significant changes to the swingarm and subframe to accommodate the twin rear shock absorbers. This will be Triumph’s most affordable bike yet, offering the steely feel of premium British engineering even on a budget.
