- COPA or DPCS Certificate under the National/State Council or Vocational Training Scheme
- Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Computer Science or Computer Applications from a recognized university
- RSCIT Certificate from Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota
Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years of age as on 1 January 2026. Age relaxations are applicable as per government rules.
