The NRL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 has begun, inviting aspiring candidates to join Numaligarh Refinery Limited for 75 apprentice positions. This recruitment offers an excellent opportunity for students and professionals to gain valuable industry exposure in one of India’s leading refineries. The application window remains open until 17 November 2025, and interested candidates can apply through the official website.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have completed 10th, ITI, Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate degrees in relevant disciplines.
- Minimum age required is 18 years, and there is no upper age limit.
- Educational qualifications include streams such as Engineering, Law, Commerce, Management, and Computer Applications.
- Only candidates who are registered apprentices on government portals can apply.
Application Process
Candidates applying for the NRL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 must submit their applications online through the official website nrl.co.in. The online form is available from 24 October 2025 to 17 November 2025. Applicants need to register under the Apprenticeship Training Portal before completing the form. No physical copies will be accepted. A portion of the total seats is reserved for residents of Golaghat District under the Gyandeep Scheme as part of NRL’s CSR initiative.

Stipend and Benefits
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹17,000 for Degree or Diploma holders and ₹12,200 for ITI candidates. In addition, they are entitled to a canteen allowance of ₹1,415 per month. The program offers valuable hands-on training, exposure to refinery operations, and an opportunity to learn from experienced industry professionals.
Selection Process
The selection for NRL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 will be based on academic performance in the qualifying examination. The final selection will be confirmed after signing the official apprenticeship contract on the designated government portal.
