Educational Qualification
Candidates must have the following Educational qualifications to apply for the post of Assistant Professor:
Must have a BAMS degree (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from any recognized University, which is included in the schedule of the Central Council of Indian Medicine / National Commission of Indian Medicine.
Must have a Postgraduate Degree in a relevant subject, which is included in the schedule of the Central Council of Indian Medicine / National Commission of Indian Medicine.
Candidates must have completed Mandatory Internship Training
As per the guidelines of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, National Commission for Indian Medicine, all applicants must have a Teacher Code.
How old should you be
The minimum age of the applicant for this recruitment has been fixed at 27 years. The age of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of August 1, 2025. Candidates of the reserved category will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit as per the rules.
Maximum age limit details:
Unreserved (Male):- 45 years
Extremely Backward Class:- 48 years
Female (Unreserved, Backward Class and Extremely Backward Class:- 48 years
SC/ST:- 50 years

The application fee has to be paid through online mode. The fee for different categories is as follows:
General Category:- ₹100
SC/ST candidates of Bihar state:- ₹25
All female candidates (reserved/unreserved), permanent residents of Bihar state:- ₹25
Disabled persons (40% or more disability):- ₹25
All other candidates:- ₹100
