CTET July Notification 2025. If you are dreaming of becoming a teacher in many prestigious schools across the country, including Kendriya Vidyalaya, Navodaya Vidyalaya, then the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is going to release the notification of the CTET July 2025 exam soon for the candidates. CBSE can release the new notification in the last week of August 2025. Due to this, the candidates thinking of applying for this exam should speed up their preparation.

Actually, let us tell you that the CTET exam is conducted twice a year by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), due to which the notification is issued once in the July session and a second time in the December session. It is being reported in the news that the notification of the July session is likely to be released by the end of August. After the notification comes, the candidates will get the opportunity to apply online for about a month. Candidates will be able to complete the application process through the official website of CBSE CTET.nic.in.

CTET 2025: Eligibility Criteria

If you want to apply for the CTET 2025, then you have to fulfil the eligibility criteria, for which two papers are conducted in this exam. You can know the information about the educational qualifications required for these papers. A fee will also have to be paid on applying for this exam.

For Paper-1,  it is necessary to pass a 2-year DElEd (Diploma in Elementary Education) or a 4-year B.Ed course with at least 50% marks in class 12th.

For Paper-2 B.Ed with a graduation degree or DElEd with a graduation degree is mandatory. Apart from this, 4-year B.Ed degree holders with 50% marks in 12th can also apply.

In the notification issued by CTET, it has been told that to pass, the general category candidates have to get at least 90 marks out of 150, i.e., 60%. Whereas for the Scheduled Caste/Tribe (SC/ST) category, minimum marks have been fixed at 82, i.e., 55%.

After the notification is released by CTET, you can apply in the manner mentioned here.

  • First of all, visit the official website ctet. nic. in
  • Register using your email and mobile number
  • After that, enter the required personal, academic, and examination details
  • Now scan and upload photo and signature (as per guidelines)
  • Applicant should deposit the fee online as per the category
  • Last save and print for future reference
