Weather Update:- Heavy rain is being seen in most states of the country. In some areas, heavy rainfall has caused flooding. On the other hand, heavy rain has been seen in Delhi-NCR since morning. Due to the rain, people have got relief from the humid heat. The Meteorological Department estimates that the series of rains is expected to continue in many states of the country over the next 3 to 4 days.
According to the India Meteorological Department, heavy rains are being reported in various places in Chhattisgarh, coastal Andhra Pradesh, and coastal areas. According to the Meteorological Department, rain has been forecast in many states, including Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir-Ladakh, Konkan and Goa, Odisha, and Punjab. Heavy rains may occur in various places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Bihar, and the East Central region.

Rain warning in Delhi
Rains have been continuing in Delhi since Friday morning. The Meteorological Department has alerted. Heavy rains have been occurring in Delhi-NCR since this morning. Due to the rain, waterlogging has occurred on the roads, and traffic has been disrupted in many places.

Heavy rain warning in many districts of UP
According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rain has been predicted in all the districts of UP. The IMD has predicted rain with lightning and thunder in Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, and Bijnor within the next 12 hours. Apart from this, heavy rain is also expected in Moradabad, Rampur, Sambhal, Kasganj, Badaun, Bareilly, Rampur and Pilibhit on August 16. Lakhimpur Kheri, Shahjahanpur, Farrukhabad, Mainpuri, Kanpur, and Auraiya may receive rain accompanied by strong winds. Rain is likely in all parts of Jalaun, Jhansi, Lalitpur, Kannauj and Hardoi.

Heavy rain warning in these states
Heavy rain is expected in western Madhya Pradesh and eastern India as well as central India. A low-pressure area remains around southern Odisha and northern Andhra Pradesh. Therefore, within the next 24 hours, its movement will be westward. According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains are expected to occur at some places in Kerala and Mahe until August 18. Heavy rains are expected to occur in coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam, Telangana, and interior Karnataka from August 15 to 19. There is a possibility of rain in South Interior Karnataka on August 19.
