Bharat Petroleum LPG tweeted from its official account that people can book LPG cylinders with a missed call. The tweet states that booking an LPG cylinder doesn’t require an app or internet connection. People simply need to give a missed call to 7710955555 from their registered mobile number. After the missed call, the Bharatgas refill booking will be completed automatically.

The tweet clarifies that this approach was created to be quick, simple, and user-friendly. Now, individuals no longer have to wait in long queues or go to LPG distributors, nor do they need to engage in a complicated process. They can refill right from their own homes.
Moreover, Bharatgas posted another tweet that includes a video. In this video, a customer shares how straightforward it was for them to finish their eKYC. They can complete their eKYC effortlessly. To do this, just head over to the HelloBPCL app. eKYC can be finalized in just a few easy steps. This simplifies the process of booking a Bharatgas cylinder, ensuring seamless cooking at home.
Special rules have been implemented for those benefiting from the Ujjwala Yojana. Beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana are now required to complete biometric KYC before their first gas refill at the beginning of each financial year, only after which they will be able to avail the benefits. Oil companies have now tightened their restrictions on inactive connections. Under the new rules, if a customer hasn’t booked gas for nine months, they may be required to visit the distributor and complete physical KYC.

- Install Aadhaar FaceRD app and login to your LPG account.
- Choose the option of e-KYC or Aadhaar Authentication.
- Now enter your Aadhaar number and proceed for face authentication.
- Scan your face with the FaceRD app.
- You will get confirmation after the process is completed.
