The weather is also going to change in Rajasthan, where the period of heavy rain can continue. A warning has been issued for rain and thunderstorms in Uttarakhand’s hilly and lower areas. Heavy rain will be in Tamil Nadu.
According to the IMD, the weather may worsen in Tamil Nadu, South India. There is a possibility of thunderstorms in the southern parts of Tamil Nadu on March 11. There is also a strong possibility of hefty rains in these areas. An orange alert has also been issued here.
Himachal Pradesh will also receive rain.
According to the weather department, most parts of Himachal Pradesh may receive rain accompanied by thunderstorms. A yellow alert has been issued anticipating rain. Light snowfall may be seen on Monday in some high-altitude areas of the state. Very little snowfall has been seen in Gondla.
Heat will make you sweat here.
The IMD has also predicted a hot wave in southwest Rajasthan. A heat wave warning has been issued in the state from March 11 to 12. Along with this, a heat wave warning has been issued from March 11 to 13. The heat wave is expected in Odisha on March 13 and 14.
Heat will break records in Gujarat too.
According to the IMD, the heat level is also expected to increase in Gujarat. A heat wave may occur in Gujarat till March 12, for which a yellow alert has been issued. The maximum temperature recorded in Rajkot was 41.1 degrees Celsius.
There is a chance of rain on March 14, too.
On March 14, rain and thundershowers are also expected in some places in western UP. Meanwhile, the weather may remain clear in eastern UP. However, no alert for strong winds has been issued during this period. Also, on March 15, very light to light rain is expected at some places in western UP.
