New Delhi: There is no possibility of monsoon rain in eastern Uttar Pradesh for the next two days. Monsoon clouds will be favourable for parts of western UP for the next two days. Over the past few days, rain has been observed in many areas of UP, providing relief from the heat due to the drop in temperature. Once again, from June 28, the weather in the entire UP is expected to deteriorate.
It is expected that monsoon clouds will become active from east to west, resulting in a prolonged period of rain. In many places in UP, farmers are still waiting for rain, as their crops are withering due to drought. The Indian Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rains in many districts of the state. According to the Meteorological Department, the period of heavy rains is expected to continue in Saharanpur, Bijnor, Moradabad, and Rampur. Apart from these, heavy rains are also likely in Bareilly, Pilibhit, and Lalitpur. There is a possibility of heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms in Trakut, Kaushambi, Prayagraj, Fatehpur, and Pratapgarh.
A heavy rain alert has been issued for Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Chandauli, Varanasi, Bhadohi, Jaunpur, and Ghazipur. Heavy rain is expected in Azamgarh, Mau, Ballia, Deoria, Kushinagar, and Saharanpur. Thunderstorms may also happen here. A rain alert has been issued in Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Baghpat, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Hapur and Gautam Buddha Nagar. A rain warning has been issued in Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Mathura, Hathras, Agra, Bijnor and Amroha. A rain alert has been issued in Rampur, Bareilly, Pilibhit, and Sambhal.

According to the IMD, there is a possibility of heavy rainfall in eight districts of Uttarakhand. A heavy rain alert has been issued in Tehri Garhwal, Pauri Garhwal, Dehradun and Nainital. An alert for heavy rain has been issued in Champawat, Chamoli, Bageshwar and Pithoragarh. An orange alert for rain has been issued for Dehradun, Rudraprayag, Bageshwar and Nainital.
