KVS Online Admission 2026-27: The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has initiated the registration process for admissions to Balvatika 1-3 and Class 1. Parents or guardians wishing to enrol their children may apply online through the official KVS website: kvsangathan.nic.in. The deadline for submitting applications has been set for April 2.

The first admission list for Balvatika 1, 2, and 3 will be released on April 8, while the list for Class 1 will be released on April 9. Priority for admission will first be given to children selected under the RTE (Right to Education) Act, followed by those in the Service Priority Category (Categories 1 and 2), and finally to those under the reservation quota.

Eligibility Criteria
For admission to Class 1, the child must be 6 years of age as of March 31 of the academic year. Children born on April 1 are also eligible. Additionally, parents must provide valid proof of age, which may include a birth certificate issued by municipal authorities, a Gram Panchayat record, a certificate from a notified civic body, or records from the Defence Services or a hospital.
