Tanzania Bus Accident: At least 40 people are reported dead in a horrific road accident in Tanzania. A tragic accident took place on the evening of June 28 in the Sabsaba area of the Kilimanjaro region of Tanzania, in which about 40 people died, while 28 others were seriously injured. The accident occurred when a bus tire was punctured, causing the bus to lose balance and collide with a minibus coming from the front at the same time. Officials said that passengers were trapped in the burning buses. There was an atmosphere of chaos at the spot after the accident. As soon as the news was received, people from the vicinity reached the spot. People pulled out many passengers from the burning debris.
According to the information coming out, the passenger bus went out of control due to a tire puncture. Then the bus collided with another minibus. After the collision, both buses caught fire, resulting in about 40 people dying. Many victims have not been identified. The injured in the accident have been admitted to the hospital.
The President’s Office of Tanzania has said in a statement that, “36 out of 40 bodies are completely burnt. Due to this, they cannot be identified. While the condition of 6 of the injured remains very serious. According to local media reports, at the time of the collision, one of the buses was carrying passengers to a wedding ceremony.
