The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has made operational the facility of submission of option–preference for the posts for the Junior Engineer Exam 2024. All the candidates who are appearing in SSC JE Paper-2 ssc.gov.in the official website before December 13, 2024. You can present your preferences from the Treasury Department.

 

Notification issued by SSC

According to the information released by SSC, “All the candidates, who appear for Paper-II, will be eligible for the exam. Candidates who have appeared in the SSC (HQ) are advised to submit their option–preference for the post/organization for Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Examination, 2024) through the website of SSC (HQ) i.e. ‘Login on https://ssc.nic.in’, wherein the facility of submission of option–preference for the post/organization will be available under the My Application tab, Which will be active from 9.12.2024 to 13.12.2024 (11:50 PM). “

 

Keep these instructions in mind

Option preference is an option without which there will be no place in the final merit list. Only finally submitted option–preferences will be considered final. It is clear in the directive that those who fail to submit the option–preferences will not be included in the final merit list.

 

Candidates with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) have been instructed by SSC to submit preference only for those posts which prove to be suitable for their disability. If a candidate gets selected for a post which is not suitable for him, then his candidature may be terminated
