Severe rainfall alert:- The Meteorological Department has issued a warning regarding heavy rains in eight states of the country, including Delhi, UP, and Madhya Pradesh. At the same time, a yellow alert has also been issued regarding heavy rain in Delhi today. The Meteorological Department estimates that strong winds may accompany heavy rains in Delhi today. The monsoon has reached most parts of the country and is expected to affect the entire country over the next two days. IMD has warned of rain in many parts of the country. Recently, people got some relief from the heat due to rain in Delhi, but again, the scorching heat is troubling people.

Rain warning in Bihar

Alert has been issued regarding heavy rains in many districts of Bihar. An orange alert has been issued in certain areas of West Champaran, East Champaran, Kishanganj, and Araria districts. Apart from this, a yellow alert has been issued in view of heavy rains in some places of Sitamarhi, Shivhar, Madhubani, and Supaul district. There is a possibility of rain in the entire Bihar on Monday.

Orange alert issued in 8 states
IMD has issued an orange alert for eight states. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding heavy rains in Assam, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura and Uttar Pradesh. IMD had already warned of heavy to hefty rains in North-West India, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Konkan-Goa region till June 26.

Rain warning in these states

IMD has issued a red alert for heavy rains in eastern Rajasthan and western Madhya Pradesh today. Additionally, a warning of lightning has been issued here.

Apart from this, a heavy rain warning has been issued in Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, eastern Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal and Sikkim. There is also a possibility of rain in Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh.
