New Delhi: Amidst preparations for the Bihar Assembly elections, Prashant Kishore’s Jan Suraj Party has released its first list of candidates. The list, released by Jan Suraj, includes the names of 51 candidates. The party’s state president, Manoj Bharati, and national president, Pappu Singh, released the list at a press conference.
The party announced that Jan Suraj chief Prashant Kishore himself will launch his election campaign on October 11th from Tejashwi Yadav’s Raghopur constituency. Speculation is also rife that Prashant Kishore may contest the Raghopur seat against Tejashwi Yadav.
Seat-sharing negotiations between the Grand Alliance and NDA constituents are currently entangled, raising various questions.
