Along with this, thunder, lightning and strong winds in these states are possible.

Light to moderate rain may also occur in eastern and northeastern India during April 08-12. A hailstorm may occur in some parts of Bihar on April 09.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of a heat wave in many places of western Rajasthan on April 09. On Wednesday, a heat wave is expected in some places of Saurashtra and Kutch, East Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi. The Meteorological Department says there is no possibility of a decrease in temperature for the next 2 days.

The temperature in Jaisalmer, Barmer, Bikaner, Kota and Chittorgarh of Rajasthan reached 44 to 46 degrees Celsius. Barmer was the hottest, where the temperature was recorded at 45.6 degrees. An alert has been issued regarding rain and strong winds in some areas from 10-11 April.
