Heavy rain warning in these states
The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rain in many states of the country. According to the IMD, heavy rain is possible in eastern Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Sikkim, Bihar and Jharkhand. An alert of heavy rain has also been issued in Odisha, Kerala, Chhattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
There is a possibility of thunderstorms with heavy rain in many parts of Karnataka. Heavy rain warnings have been issued in some areas of Odisha, South Tamil Nadu, and Kerala. At the same time, heavy rain warnings have been issued in East Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Telangana and South Interior Karnataka.
