Heavy rain warning in these states

According to the Indian Meteorological Department, due to the new system in the Bay of Bengal, a series of heavy rains can be seen in the coastal areas. IMD has predicted heavy rains for Odisha. Heavy rain is expected in West Bengal, Bihar and Jharkhand.
