At the same time, due to heavy rains in Arunachal Pradesh and Assam, floods and landslides are likely. There is a possibility of humid heat and sporadic rain in Bihar for the next four days. Thunderstorms and light rain can be recorded in Rajasthan. At the same time, an alert has been issued regarding rain in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh.

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted light rain with thunder in Delhi in the next two hours. Along with rain in Delhi, strong winds can also blow. Every day life was disrupted in many areas of Delhi-NCR after a sudden change in weather conditions on Sunday evening.

At 5:05 pm, news of another storm has come to light in Safdarjung, where the wind speed reached 80 kilometres per hour. First of all, the strongest winds came from Pragati Maidan, where the wind speed reached 76 kmph. Flight operations at Delhi Airport have also been affected due to adverse weather conditions.

According to the local weather bulletin from the India Meteorological Department (IMD), similar weather conditions are expected in Delhi on Tuesday as well. Light rain, thundershowers, lightning and winds at a speed of 40-50 kmph have been predicted in Delhi.

Dust storm in Delhi
On Sunday evening, the capital, Delhi, witnessed a dust storm and thunderstorms. Similarly, similar weather conditions were also observed in surrounding areas, including Noida, Gurgaon, and Faridabad. Due to bad weather on Sunday evening, 14 flights were diverted and 350 flights were delayed at Indira Gandhi International Airport.
