Jagannath Rath Yatra 2025: This year, the Rath Yatra begins today, i.e., 27th June. The Jagannath temple in Puri, Odisha is known for its grandeur and religious significance. People come not only from the country but also from abroad to participate in the Jagannath Rath Yatra. Meanwhile, a stampede occurred during the 148th Rath Yatra in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, due to an errant elephant. Gajraj was later removed from the Rath Yatra after he went out of control. According to the information, the Gajraj has been under the control of the Kankaria Zoo team.

It is being said that the elephant was controlled by giving an injection. Lord Jagannath’s Rath Yatra in Ahmedabad begins at Jamalpur and proceeds to Saraspur. After this, it returns to the temple.

A video of Gajraj going out of control has also surfaced on social media, which is now going viral on the internet. In the video, it can be seen that the elephant starts running out of control after getting out of its enclosure. This video has been shared on the social media platform X.

According to the information, during the Rath Yatra in Ahmedabad, the elephant went out of control after hearing the sound of the DJ. A total of three elephants got angry. Due to this, there was an atmosphere of panic among the people for a while, although no one was harmed during this time. The Yatra had to be stopped for 15 minutes.

The forest department employees have controlled the elephants. As a precaution, DJs have been stopped from the Yatra route. 23 thousand policemen have been deployed for the security and arrangements of the Rath Yatra in Ahmedabad. The police have deployed 41 drones for surveillance. Not only this, AI cameras have been installed to control the crowd.
