Heavy Rain Warning in These States
The Indian Meteorological Department has predicted the formation of a low-pressure area over the South Andaman Sea. It is expected to turn into a depression over the southeast Bay of Bengal. People are also advised to wear warm clothing when going out in the morning. Starting today, November 23rd, the minimum temperature in all districts may reach 10 degrees Celsius.
Bihar Weather
According to the Meteorological Department, the Patna Meteorological Department (IMD), the minimum temperature is expected to drop by 2 to 4 degrees within 24 hours. A warning has been issued for light fog in the morning in Patna and the surrounding areas. A warning has been issued for winds of 10 to 15 kilometres per hour in the morning in parts of Seemanchal.
