Donald Trump said something big.

Donald Trump has once again targeted India by taking the name of Russia. Trump said that when the President of America tells Russia’s biggest or second biggest oil buyer that if you buy oil from Russia, then we will impose a 50 per cent tariff on you, then it is considered a big blow.

Donald Trump said that Russia’s economy is not doing well and has been “hampered to a great extent” by the combined effect of US tariffs and global pressures. Actually, due to oil purchases from Russia, America had imposed a 25 per cent tariff on imports from India. Then they imposed an additional 25 per cent, i.e. 50 per cent tariff and implemented it with immediate effect.

What did India say on the tariff?

India did not justify the additional tariff imposed by America and called it unfair. On the other hand, Donald Trump said that I think Russia has to get back to building its country. It is a huge country. He has tremendous power to do well in Russia.

Trump-Putin will meet next wee.

Next week, Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin will meet in Alaska, which is considered very important. Trump said, “I found it very honourable that the President of Russia is coming to our country, instead of us going to his country or meeting in a third country. I think we will have a constructive conversation.
