New Delhi: An air ambulance crashed between Jharkhand and Delhi, killing seven people. The accident was so horrific that the scene erupted in outrage. The accident occurred near Jharkhand’s Chatra district. No one on board survived. According to a PTI report, this information was provided by a senior state government official.
Where did the air ambulance crash occur?
The air ambulance accident occurred in Jharkhand’s Chatra district. The Redbird Airways Private Limited aircraft took off from Ranchi Airport at 7:11 p.m. and crashed shortly after takeoff.
Chatra Deputy Commissioner Kirtishri said that all seven people on board the air ambulance, which was travelling from Ranchi to Delhi, died. He said, “The aircraft went missing around 7:30 p.m. It crashed in the Bariatu Panchayat area of Simaria.
The bodies have been identified.
An air ambulance has been deployed following the plane crash. SDPO Shubham Khandelwal told PTI that the bodies of all seven people on board have been recovered. They have been identified as Captain Vivek Vikas Bhagat, Captain Savrajdeep Singh, Sanjay Kumar, Dr Vikas Kumar Gupta, Sachin Kumar Mishra, Archana Devi, and Dhuru Kumar.
According to the DGCA’s official website, Delhi-based non-scheduled operator Redbird has six aircraft in its fleet, including the crashed aircraft. Anant Sinha, CEO of Ranchi’s Devkamal Hospital, told PTI that the air ambulance was arranged by one of their patients.
