वक्फ संशोधन बिल पास होने के बाद मौलाना का खौला खून, सरकार इसमें दखल नहीं दे, देश का बा?

नई दिल्ली: वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक (Wakf Amendment Bill) लोकसभा में पारित हो गया है। वक्फ संशोधन पर शिया धर्मगुरु मौलाना कल्बे जब्बाद ने मीडिया से कहा कि ‘वक्फ पर सरकार झूठ बोल रही है और नए वक्फ कानून के तहत सरकार किसी भी वक्फ संपत्ति को सरकारी संपत्ति घोषित कर सकती है और वह भी सरकारी अधिकारी द्वारा किया जाएगा। ऐसे में वक्फ संशोधन कानून आने के बाद सरकार किसी भी वक्फ संपत्ति को अपने कब्जे में ले लेगी, जहां सरकार का दावा होगा।

अपनी संपत्ति घोषित कर रखा

मौलाना कल्बे जब्बाद ने यह भी कहा कि सरकार झूठ बोल रही है कि वक्फ का धर्म से कोई लेना-देना नहीं है। ईरान के सर्वोच्च नेता कई बार फतवा दे चुके हैं कि वक्फ इस्लाम का अभिन्न अंग है और सरकार इसमें दखल नहीं दे सकती। मौलाना कल्बे जब्बाद से पूछा गया कि, वक्फ ने सरकार की कई ऐसी संपत्तियों को अपनी संपत्ति के तौर पर दर्ज कर रखा है जो हजारों साल पुरानी हैं। जैसे उग्रसेन की बावड़ी, इसके अलावा एएसआई की कई संपत्तियां हैं जिन्हें दूसरे धर्म की होने के बावजूद वक्फ ने अपनी संपत्ति घोषित कर रखा है।

खिलाफ कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए

इस पर मौलाना कल्बे जब्बाद ने पहले कहा कि सरकार ने वक्फ संशोधन के लिए ऐसा किया है, फिर जब बताया गया कि ये 1970 के दशक में घोषित किए गए थे, तो मौलाना कल्बे जब्बाद ने कहा कि ऐसा करने वाले अधिकारी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए। क्योंकि वक्फ संपत्ति का गजट सरकारी अधिकारी के सर्वे के बाद होता है।
