Consumption of Coriander Seeds

Coriander seed water is very beneficial for reducing thyroid. Coriander seeds contain anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, fiber, thymol which can reduce thyroid. Put one teaspoon of coriander seeds in a glass of water and leave it overnight. Consuming coriander water on an empty stomach is more beneficial. This will reduce thyroid. To reduce thyroid, you can also make coriander seed tea. Heat a glass of water. Add coriander seeds to this water. Then when the water boils well, consume it.
