Gold-Silver Price Crash: Gold and silver prices declined steadily over the past week. Meanwhile, on the first day of this week, June 22, gold-silver rates were expensive. But today, June 23, gold and silver prices are falling again. Today (Tuesday, June 23, 2026), the price of gold, also called the yellow metal, fell by Rs 1,600 on MCX. On the other hand, silver, a so-called white metal, has fallen by around Rs 7,000 per kg. In such a case, if you are considering buying either of the two metals, you should know the domestic market rates beforehand.

According to the Indian Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA), the price of 24-carat gold was recorded at Rs 1,47,310 per 10 grams till Monday evening, which has risen to Rs 1,44,788 per 10 grams till Tuesday afternoon. Gold rates have fallen by Rs 2522 per Gram. So let’s take a look at the latest 22-, 18- and 14-carat gold rates.

23 Carat Gold

According to IBJA, the price of 995-purity (23-carat) gold has fallen by Rs 2512 to Rs 144208 per 10 grams.

22 Carat Gold

According to IBJA, the price of 916 purity (22 carat) gold has depreciated by Rs 2310 to Rs 132626 per 10 grams.

18 Carat Gold

According to IBJA, the price of 750 purity (18 carat) gold has fallen by Rs 1,891 to Rs 108,591 per 10 grams.

18 Carat Gold

According to IBJA, the price of 750 purity (18 carat) gold has fallen by Rs 1475 to Rs 84701 per 10 grams.

Price of Silver

According to IBJA, the price of 999 purity silver has fallen to Rs 227,235 per kg. Silver price has reached Rs 10566.

 Gold Price in Delhi 

Gold is selling at ₹1,49,070 per kg in Delhi and silver at ₹2,50,000 per kg. The stock market is also seeing pressure today.

Gold and silver prices in the international market

Gold and silver prices have also fallen in the international market. Gold was trading down 1.11 per cent, or $46.45, at $4,156.25 an ounce. Silver fell $2.645 or 4.03% to $62.938 an ounce.
