Rumor has it that the company may also launch the Vivo X300s, an improved version of the Vivo X300 that was unveiled in China in October 2025. The main features of the X300s have been made public by a recent leak from tipster Digital Chat Station.

Vivo X300s Specifications (Anticipated)

The tipster says that the Vivo X300s would have a flat screen with uniformly thin bezels on both sides. It will sport a round camera module on the back.It will have a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED screen on the front with a 200-megapixel primary camera and a mid-tier periscope telephoto camera on the back panel. The Dimensity 9500 Plus processor, which is reportedly an overclocked variant of the current Dimensity 9500, will power the phone.

The X300s will have a big battery that can hold about 7,000mAh. The X300, on the other hand, features a smaller 6,040mAh battery. It will also include additional features including a waterproof casing and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. Although there are reports that the Vivo X300 Ultra will be released worldwide, the X300s will probably only be available in China for a year or so. This is due to the fact that the Vivo X200s, which debuted in China in April 2025, will likely change its name to the Vivo X200T for the international market either later this month or in early February. In a similar vein, the Vivo X300s may be renamed the Vivo X300T for the global marketplace in 2027.
