The phone will have a 200-megapixel primary camera with high-quality 35mm and 50mm crop modes and in-sensor zoom. The leak says that the phone will be completely waterproof.

Vivo is poised to make a significant impact in the smartphone industry once more. The Vivo X300 and X300 Pro, the company’s two latest phones, will soon be available for buy. The camera specifications of both of these phones were recently disclosed by Tipster Digital Chat Station. Digital Chat Station has now provided further details about the Vivo X300’s camera in a new Weibo post. The source claims that this phone’s camera would surpass that of the X200, which launched last year.

35mm and 50mm crop modes for the in-sensor zoom

Digital Chat Station announced last week that the phone will have a 1/1.4-inch image sensor and a 200-megapixel primary camera. A 50-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and a 50-megapixel ultrawide angle lens will also be offered by the company. In a recent Weibo post, the tipster asserted that the phone will also enable high-quality 35mm and 50mm crop settings in addition to high-quality in-sensor zoom.

Also according to the tipster’s post, the phone’s periscope camera will include a 1/2-inch sensor and allow 3x optical enlargement using a prism design. The tipster said that this is not a big periscope setup like the flagship style, but it will support telephoto macro photography.

Wireless charging and complete waterproofing

According to sources, the Vivo X300 will have a 6.31-inch display instead of the 6.67-inch OLED panel that the company was selling in the X200. The leak says that the company plans to equip the phone with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor built into the screen. Also, this phone has wireless charging and complete waterproofing.

The study also includes information about the X300 Pro. As per reports, this phone would include three cameras on the back, including a 50-megapixel primary camera with a Sony LYT-828 sensor. A 200-megapixel periscope telephoto lens will also be included in the phone, says to the company.
