On March 30,2026,on the Multi-Commodity Exchange (MCX),gold for April delivery closed at ₹145,051 per 10 grams,down ₹590. Similarly,silver for May delivery closed at ₹229,033 per kilogram,up ₹72.

Silver Drops by ₹210,000 in Two Months
Much like gold,silver is currently trading significantly below its all-time high. The domestic futures price of silver had hit an all-time high of ₹439,337 per kilogram on January 29,2026. On Monday,silver prices closed at ₹230,135 per kilogram. Thus,over approximately two months,the price of silver has declined by ₹229,033 per kilogram.

Gold Becomes Cheaper by ₹55,534
The price of gold was recorded at ₹193,000 on January 29. In contrast,gold closed at ₹146,733 per 10 grams on Monday. Consequently,within two months,the price of gold has dropped by ₹55,534 per 10
