Vivo X200 FE: Vivo is preparing to expand its lineup of premium compact smartphones in India with the possible launch of the X200 FE. With official certifications already cleared across various countries, including India, the smartphone is about to make waves in the premium mid-range market. The smartphone could launch earlier than anticipated, providing another addition to the list of strong compact devices in 2025.

BIS and Global Certifications

The Vivo X200 FE, which has the model number V2503, has now officially shown up on the website of the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards). In addition to this, it has also received IMDA certification in Singapore, and certifications in Thailand, Malaysia, and in the EEC region. These certifications make it highly likely that Vivo is gearing up for an international launch, not only in Asia but Europe as well.

Potential Rebrand of Vivo S30 Pro Mini

It is rumored that Vivo X200 FE may be a rebranded variant of Vivo S30 Pro Mini, which is scheduled to be released in China next week. This relationship paints a more vivid picture of the potential features and specs, although Vivo has yet to officially make an announcement linking it.

Display and Performance Expectations

If the rumors of rebranding turn out to be true, the X200 FE could feature a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED screen with a high 1.5K resolution and a seamless 120Hz refresh rate. The MediaTek Dimensity 9400e processor would drive the smartphone, accompanied by a powerful 6,500mAh battery that supports 90W fast charging. These specifications are likely to bring a premium experience in an ultra-compact package.

Camera Features

The camera configuration should be one of the highlights. The triple camera setup at the rear could feature a 50MP main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. Selfie enthusiasts can look forward to a capable 50MP front camera, which should appeal to content creators.

Expected Variants and Price in India

In the Indian market, the X200 FE is expected to come in two memory options: 12GB RAM with 256GB storage and 16GB RAM with 256GB storage. Price expectations are between ₹50,000 and ₹60,000 and will compete directly with the OnePlus 13s, launching on June 5.

Color Options and Launch Timeline

As per tipster Paras Guglani, the X200 FE will come in Gray, Black, Pink, and Yellow color options. He also predicted a late June release in India, even though Vivo has not announced the same officially. Vivo’s foldable flagship, X Fold 5, is going to arrive in China in July, with a possible Indian launch between July and September 2025.
