The Vivo X-Fold 5 foldable smartphone’s launch date has been revealed. This phone will be unveiled on June 25. The X Fold 3 model, which was introduced last year, will be replaced by this Vivo phone. As per reports, the Vivo X-Fold 5 smartphones will soon be launched in India. The Vivo foldable phone was added to the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) website a few days ago.

Vivo X-Fold 5: Date of Launch

China will see the launch of the Vivo X-Fold 5 smartphones on June 25. This phone’s teaser poster provides details about its design. There are three color options available for this Vivo phone’s launch: black, white, and green. Three camera sensors are located in a circular camera module located in the phone’s back panel. The company is also including a telephoto lens and LED flash on this phone. This phone will come with a Zeiss logo camera system.

About the cover display, a selfie camera punch hole will be there. Vivo’s product manager Han Boxiao has provided several photographs clicked from the camera of this upcoming phone, in which the 20X telephoto and telephoto macro capability of the camera has been teased.

The Vivo X-Fold 5 smartphone has an 8T LTPO AMOLED display on the outside and inside. This phone’s main display measures 8.03 inches, while the cover display measures 6.53 inches. It has a maximum brightness of 4,500 nits and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 CPU, which is said to perform 30% better than the previous chip, will be installed in it. At launch, this phone will have 512GB of storage and 16GB of RAM.

This Vivo phone will have three 50-megapixel camera sensors, speaking of photography. The IMX921 sensor serves as its primary camera, and it will be paired with a 3x periscope telephoto IMX882 sensor and an ultra-wide lens. A 32MP selfie camera will be included with this phone. As about batteries, the company offers 5,500mAh to 6,000mAh models that support 30W wireless and 90W wired charging.

Vivo X-Fold 5: Bookings started

The Vivo X-Fold 5 smartphone is now available for pre-order on Vivo’s official website. Price details have not yet been made public. The Vivo X Fold 3 smartphone was first released by the company in China for a price of CNY 6,999, or around Rs 83,200.
