Redmi Note 17 Pro Max Details Leaked
Recent reports have shed light on the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max. It is rumoured that the Redmi Note 17 and Redmi Note 17 Pro are also expected to launch under this series; however, current leaks appear to focus predominantly on the Pro Max variant.
According to tipster Kacper Skrzypek, the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max is likely to feature a camera setup similar to its predecessor’s. The handset’s optical unit may feature a 200-megapixel primary sensor, such as the Samsung ISOCELL S5KHP5. Additionally, it may feature an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera utilising the Omnivision OV08F10 sensor.
According to leaked reports, the Note 17 Pro Max may feature a 32-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL S5KKDS sensor for selfies and video calls. Notably, a similar camera setup was previously utilised in the Redmi Note 15 Pro+. In terms of performance, the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max is expected to feature a chipset with the model number MT6881, which is rumoured to be the MediaTek Dimensity 7500 SoC. The Chinese variant of this handset could be launched with a battery capacity exceeding 10,000mAh.
The Redmi Note 17 series is expected to launch first in China. In global markets such as India, it may arrive towards the end of 2026 or early 2027. However, no official information regarding this rumoured handset has been shared so far.
