Oppo has now formally launched its latest Reno 15 series, upgrading camera performance, battery capacity, and display quality. There are two phones in the series: Reno 15 and Reno 15 Pro. The models are currently launched in China and are expected to appeal to buyers looking for strong camera features and long battery life.

Price and Variants

Both smartphones offer a choice of up to 16GB RAM and up to 1TB internal storage. The base Oppo Reno 15 starts at 2999 Yuan, which is around Rs 37,000. The Oppo Reno 15 Pro has a starting price of 3699 Yuan, or around Rs 46,000. The entire Oppo Reno 15 series with upgraded features strives to compete strongly in the upper-mid range smartphone segment.

Design and Color Options

The Oppo Reno 15 comes in four colours: Starlight Blue, Aurora Blue, Canilly Brown and Starlight Bo Song Yuki. The Pro variant is available in Starlight Blue, Honey Gold, and Canilly Brown. Both the smartphones will go on sale in China starting November 21.

Display Features

The Reno 15 Pro sports a 6.78-inch Full HD+ flexible AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1800 nits peak brightness. The vanilla Oppo Reno 15 has a more compact 6.32-inch Full HD+ flexible AMOLED display, but with equally impressive specifications: a 120Hz refresh rate and the same brightness. These upgrades make for smoother scrolling, brighter visuals, and an overall better viewing experience.

Powerful Camera Setup

Probably the biggest highlight of the Reno 15 series is its cameras. These phones boast a 200MP primary sensor, thereby making the Reno 15 series a seriously strong choice for mobile photography enthusiasts. This lineup also includes a 50MP ultrawide camera and a 50MP telephoto sensor. For selfies and video calls, the front camera is a 50MP autofocus shooter. The Oppo Reno 15 series camera focuses on the main goal of capturing sharp and detailed images, which makes this 200MP camera the most talked-about feature.
