Lava Bold 5G: Lava has quietly launched its budget smartphone in the Indian market, which has been dubbed Lava Bold 5G. The smartphone is listed on Amazon, which reveals its price, sale date, features and other details. Tech veteran called his newly launched Lava Bold 5G a ‘Be Fearless’. The device has been launched with a 64MP camera and Dimensity 6300 chipset.

Lava Bold 5G has been launched for Rs 10,499 including several offers and discounts. Sales will start from April 8. It is available in a single color option of blue sapphire. The smartphone will be available in two storage variants including 4GB+128GB and 6GB+128GB.

Lava bold 5G is operated by Mediatech Dimensity 6300 chipset with 4 GB / 6 GB RAM, 8 GB of virtual RAM and 64 GB / 128 GB storage. The processor got an antuat score of 420K+. For OS, the smartphone will run on Android 14, but it will receive Android 15 OS upgrade and two years of security updates.
As far as the camera features are concerned, the lava bold 5G is equipped with a dual camera system including 64MP primary sensor and an unknown secondary sensor. To click on selfie and video recording, the smartphone comes with a 16MP front camera. To power the phone, the company has given a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
Talking about the display, lava bold 5G has a 6.67 -inch AMOLED display with 3D curved and 120hx refresh rate. The display is preserved by GC Gi Glass Protection. For dust resistance, the smartphone comes with an IP64 rating. The company calls the first 5G smartphone in the IT segment.
Other features include in-display fingerprint sensors.
