If we talk about the features, iQOO Neo 10 was launched on 26 May 2025 and the actual sale started from June 3, while Vivo T4 Ultra is expected to be launched on 11 June.

Performance

If we talk about performance, both the phones are powerful, but come with different chipsets. iQOO Neo 10 has Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, which has not been found in any other phone in India yet. Display

In display, both phones come with AMOLED panel, but iQOO Neo 10 has a 6.78-inch panel with 144Hz refresh rate. The brightness is also quite high which is helpful for outdoor use. Vivo T4 Ultra has a slightly smaller 6.67-inch display but its design is quad-curved and the peak brightness goes up to 5000 nits. Its look and feel feel quite premium in the hand.

Camera

For camera lovers, Vivo T4 Ultra is a step forward. It has a triple rear camera setup in which a 50MP periscope telephoto lens is also given which gives amazing results in zoom. iQOO Neo 10 also has a 50MP primary camera but it comes only with dual lens. Both phones offer a 32MP camera on the front.

Design and build quality

If we talk about design and build quality, Vivo’s phone feels a bit more premium as it has a glass back. But iQOO Neo 10 has a better IP rating (IP65) and MIL-STD-810H certification, which makes it a bit more rugged.

Both phones offer something unique in extra features as well. iQOO Neo 10 has an independent gaming chip (Q1) which increases the frame rate in gaming and controls heat. Wi-Fi 7 support is also available. Vivo T4 Ultra focuses more on AI features like “Circle to Search”, “AI Erase”, “AI Image Expander” which can be quite useful for casual users.

price and software

In software, both the phones run on Funtouch OS 15 with Android 15, and features like stereo speakers, NFC, in-display fingerprint are available.

Now talking about the price, the iQOO Neo 10 starts at around ₹31,999, while the Vivo T4 Ultra is priced around ₹37,999. So for those who are budget conscious, the iQOO Neo 10 will be a more sensible deal.

So which one should I buy in the end?

If you are a hardcore gamer, or do not want to compromise on battery life and performance, then it would be better to buy iQOO Neo 10. But if you want an all-rounder phone that is also great in camera, display and AI features, then Vivo T4 Ultra will be best for you.

Both phones are amazing in their own place, but it will be best to choose according to your use-case.
