iQOO Neo 10: iQOO may be gearing up to launch a formidable new midrange smartphone. A new Geekbench listing suggests the iQOO Neo 10, and its look is already generating buzz among tech fans. With indications of flagship-level performance and recent certification activity, this phone may be touted as an actual upgrade in iQOO’s hit Neo series.
iQOO Neo 10 Leaks and Performance Scores
As per a Geekbench listing picked up through 91Mobiles, the iQOO Neo 10 might be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor. The listing indicates that the processor contains eight cores and has a primary core clock speed of 3.21GHz and three further cores at 3.1GHz. The phone, whose model number was listed as ‘vivo I2405’, achieved 2,093 points in the single-core test and 6,836 in the multi-core test. For comparison, the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 model had posted scores of 1,927 and 5,047 respectively. The Geekbench listing also indicates 12GB RAM and Android 15 onboard.
Potential Rebranded iQOO Z10 Turbo Pro
The iQOO Neo 10 might be a rebranded version of the just-launched iQOO Z10 Turbo Pro in China. That phone was the first to launch with Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 and had up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. It has a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate and comes with OriginOS 5 based on Android 15. The phone has a 50MP primary camera, 8MP ultrawide camera, 2MP depth sensor, and a 16MP front camera. It also comes with a 7,000mAh battery and has 120W wired charging support.
Neo 10 vs Neo 9 Pro Expectations
Although the Neo 10R recently debuted in India with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, it was not considered a direct upgrade over the Neo 9 Pro. The Neo 9 Pro has better performance, good battery life, fast charging, and a bright AMOLED screen. However, iQOO might now be gearing up the Neo 10 as a right upgrade to the Neo 9 Pro, with better performance and fresh software in the guise of Android 15.
What the Benchmark Scores Indicate
The benchmark scores suggest that Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 provides a significant improvement over its predecessor, particularly in multi-core performance. These scores may make the Neo 10 a high-performance device in the midrange category for gaming and performance-focused users.
