The phone is expected to be powered by the Apple A20 Pro chip, and it will come with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 2TB of storage. It may also feature a 24MP upgraded lens in the front section. New Launch Timeline & Price

Apple iPhone 18 Pro smartphone will now launch in early 2027 along with the iPhone Fold and iPhone Air 2. The whole iPhone 18 series may shift to under-display Face ID technology, which would allow the Face ID sensors to be hidden beneath the screen for a cleaner front design and a smaller Dynamic Island cutout. The phone is expected to start around ₹1,34,999 for the base 256GB storage variant.

Display and Design

Apple iPhone 18 Pro phone is expected to feature a 6.27-inch LTPO OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120 Hz or 144 Hz refresh rate. The display will provide a good viewing experience with accurate colours and contrast.

Camera Setup and Battery Pack

In the rear section of the Apple iPhone 18 Pro, you may get a 48MP main camera, a 48MP ultra-wide camera, and a 48MP periscope telephoto lens. Whereas in front, it is expected to feature a 24MP or 18MP camera.

Apple is reportedly developing a custom C2 modem to replace Qualcomm’s modem, aiming for smoother 5G performance and potential satellite-based 5G network support.
