While the Nova 5G, also known as Nova 2 5G in certain sources, offers 5G support and a better build quality, the Pulse 4G should be the affordable one. The phones will be sold on Flipkart, with the lower variant priced at an eye-watering ₹5,000.
Performance and Camera Specs Revealed
The Nova 5G is powered by the 6nm Unisoc T8200 chipset, ensuring efficient performance. It also features a 50MP dual rear camera, a 5,000mAh battery, and expandable storage up to 1TB. The Pulse 4G, meanwhile, runs on the 12nm Unisoc T7250 chip, but retains the same battery and camera hardware. Interestingly, the Nova uses a circular camera module, while the Pulse has a rectangular one.
Bloat-Free NxtQuantum OS and AI Capabilities
Both phones will operate on NxtQuantum OS, a proprietary Android 15-based UI designed specifically for Indian consumers. This indigenous operating system emphasizes a tidy, bloatware-free experience and comes with intelligent AI features like voice assistants. The software experience is likely to be a differentiator in this price range.
Made in India, Eco-Friendly Mantra
AI+ smartphones are developed and produced completely within India, from partially recycled components. Not only does this help the Make in India movement, but it also supports sustainable development.
