In the film, Aaron Taylor-Johnson takes his son (Alfie Williams) to the mainland where ‘infected’ people roam to teach him survival skills. This is where the story takes an interesting turn when the father tells his son about a strange doctor (Ralph Fiennes) and advises him to stay away from him.
