The story of “Kaun?” was completely different.

“Kaun?” featured only three actors: Urmila Matondkar, Manoj Bajpayee, and Sushant Singh. The most striking feature of this film was that Urmila’s character had no name; she was simply referred to as “Ma’am.” This was because the script was based on a rough idea, and the dialogues were decided on the spot.

Sushant Singh revealed the truth about the film.

In an interview, Sushant Singh revealed that nothing was fixed during the shooting of “Kaun?” There wasn’t even a bound copy of the script; only a rough outline was prepared. This is what gave the film a very natural and thrilling feel.
