SSC CHSL 2025 City Intimation Slip Released. Important news has arrived for candidates who applied for the SSC recruitment exams. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the city intimation slip for the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) exam 2025. Candidates appearing for this exam can now check their exam city information. The Commission has activated the facility to download the city slip from November 5, 2025, and admit cards will be released soon.
Candidates who have applied for this recruitment exam can obtain this information by logging on to the SSC’s official website, ssc.gov.in, using their registration number and password. After receiving the city slip, candidates are now awaiting the SSC CHSL Admit Card 2025, which will be released a few days before the exam.

How to View SSC CHSL Exam City Slip 2025
Candidates should follow the simple steps below to view their exam city information.
- First, visit the SSC’s official website, ssc.gov.in.
- Click on the Login/Register section on the homepage.
- Log in by entering your registration number and password.
- After logging in, a link to the CHSL 2025 Exam City Intimation Slip will appear.
- Clicking on the link will display your exam city and date information.
Candidates can also download and print this slip to avoid any inconvenience on exam day.
What information will be found on the city slip?
According to a notice issued by the SSC, the city intimation slip provides candidates with information about their selected exam city, date, and potential shift.
Candidates who self-booked slots for the exam have been allotted cities and dates as per their preferences. However, due to technical reasons, the exam time for some candidates may be changed. In such a case, the exam city will remain the same, but the exam day or time may change.
Candidates who selected an ‘Alternate Examination City’ will receive the exam city as per their choice. Candidates who did not receive their preferred city can complain to the feedback portal on the Commission’s website until 11 pm on November 8, 2025. If seats remain available, the Commission may revise the city allocation.
When will the SSC CHSL Admit Card 2025 be released?
The SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam will be held from November 12, 2025, at various exam centres across the country. Admit cards for the exam will be released approximately four days before the exam.
Accordingly, it is expected that the CHSL admit cards will be available for download by November 7 or 8, 2025. The admit card will contain the candidate’s exam centre address, reporting time, exam shift, roll number, and important instructions. Candidates will be able to download the admit card from their regional SSC website.

Important Instructions for the Exam
- Candidates must carry a hard copy of the admit card and a photo ID proof to the examination centre.
- Candidates must arrive at the examination centre at least 30 minutes before the reporting time.
- No electronic devices, mobile phones, or calculators are permitted in the examination hall.
- Check all the information on the admit card carefully beforehand.
