Who is Eligible?

“Eligibility for Rhodes scholarship 2026:

I. The applicant must be a citizen of India-he/she (Holders of PIO/ OCI cards will not be eligible).

II. Age between 18 and 23 years. Special consideration may be given to candidates under 27.

III. A candidate is either to study four years in India prior to ten years of gainful study abroad or has finished grade 10 or +2 in India.

What are the Documents Required?

Here is a summary of quick documents that you need to submit:

  • Birth certificate or valid passport
  • Proof of Indian Citizenship for Indian Passport as easily construed evidence of citizenship
  • Mark sheets and transcripts
  • 10 & 12 Mark sheets
  • Proof of Indian Education when pursuing Abroad Education
  • Brief CV that outlines academic, volunteering, awards, etc.

How to Apply?

Basic Register at Rhodes scholarships official website.
Afterwards you will be directed to continue with the application to a course that has been selected for you by the board at Oxford.

There are no charges to apply to Rhodes Scholarship.
