Rajasthan Board Exam Guidelines – Exams Starts Feb 12, Check Final Checklist & Banned Items

Rajasthan Class 10th and 12th Board Exams 2026: The Rajasthan Board Class 10th and 12th exams are scheduled to begin on February 12, 2026. Only two days remain before the exams begin. The Rajasthan Board released the 2026 date sheet for the 10th and 12th board exams well in advance, so students can prepare accordingly. According to the released timetable, the Rajasthan Board Class 10th exams will run from February 12th to February 28th, 2026. The Class 12th board exams will be held from February 12th to March 11th, 2026. The complete exam schedule has already been released on the official website, rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in, where students can download it.

Shifts and Timings
The 10th and 12th exams will be conducted in a single shift. Class 10th and 12th exams will be held from 8:45 AM to 11:45 AM. Students are advised to arrive at the exam centre on time. According to the date sheet, the first exam will be in English, and the last paper will be in Sanskrit.

Note on Exam Timing:
The exam timing is scheduled from 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM. Board students are advised to arrive at the exam hall on time, as latecomers will not be allowed to appear. It is important to arrive at the exam centre at least 30 minutes before the exam time so you can check your exam room and seat number in advance. You will not be allowed inside the gate without your admit card. Any student arriving late will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

Rajasthan Board Exam Guidelines

On exam day, please carry your admit card and a valid photo ID.

Smartphones, smartwatches, earphones, and other electronic devices are not permitted inside the exam centre.
Students may carry a transparent bottle of water on exam day.
Stationery is also permitted.
Please bring your school ID card along with your admit card.

Important Guidelines for Students

Rajasthan Board students must be seated in the exam hall 30 minutes before the exam begins to complete all formalities for appearing in the exam.
Students will be given an additional 15 minutes to read the question paper. Writing is strictly prohibited during this time.
Candidates must bring their own pens, pencils, and other necessary stationery.
Conversation will not be permitted during the exam.
Candidates must write their unique ID and index number on the first page of the answer booklet.
All entries must be made with a black or blue ballpoint pen.
All school students must appear for the exam in their school uniform.
