MPPSC SET Exam Date 2025: There’s good news for candidates preparing for the State Eligibility Test. The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has released the exam dates. Candidates who registered for the exam can now view and download the exam dates on the official MPPSC website at mppsc.mp.gov.in.
When will the exam be held?
The State Eligibility Test will be conducted on March 1, 2026. The exam will be held in a single shift from 12 PM to 3 PM. The MPPSC initially scheduled the exam for January 11, 2026. However, this has now been changed. The exam will now be held on March 1st.
Exam Pattern
The State Eligibility Test consists of two papers. Paper 1 will comprise 50 multiple-choice questions, each worth 100 marks, covering Teaching and Research Aptitude. Each question in this paper carries two marks. Paper 2 will comprise 100 multiple-choice questions, each worth 200 marks. The exam will be 3 hours long. Each question in Paper 2 also carries two marks. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
When will the admit card be released?
The exam will be conducted at various examination centres in Madhya Pradesh. The admit card will be released by the commission a few days before the exam. Therefore, candidates appearing for this exam are advised to regularly check the official MPPSC website, mppsc.mp.gov.in, for updates on admit card downloads.
MPPSC SES 2025: Who can apply?
Candidates must hold an engineering degree in a relevant field from a recognised university. The applicant’s age should be between 21 and 40 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit is provided for reserved category candidates as per government rules.
