GATE Exam 2026: Big news is coming for candidates appearing for the GATE 2026 exam. The Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, has announced the dates for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. Candidates who registered to appear for the GATE 2026 exam can now view and download the exam dates from the official website. When will the exam be held?
IIT Guwahati will conduct the GATE 2026 exam in two shifts on February 7th, 8th, 14th, and 15th, 2026. The first shift will be from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and the second shift will be from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
When will the result be released?
IIT Guwahati will conduct the GATE exam in February. The results will be released on March 19, 2026, after the exam is completed.
Candidates appearing for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2026 can check and download the schedule by visiting the official IIT GATE website at gate2026.iitg.ac.in. The exam will be conducted in CBT mode. The exam duration is 3 hours and consists of 30 test papers.
