CUET UG 2026 – How to Correct CUET UG 2026 Application Form at exams.nta.ac.in

CUET UG 2026: The registration process for UG 2026 has been completed. NTA has also begun preparations for conducting CUET UG 2026. Meanwhile, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened a correction window for the Common University Entrance Test. Candidates who have made mistakes while filling out the form can make corrections through the one-time correction window. Students have until 11:50 pm on February 11, 2026, to make corrections. This means candidates have very little time left. After this time, no corrections will be accepted.

NTA Issues Notice
NTA has issued a notice on the social media platform X stating that CUET (UG) 2026 | Application Correction Window Open The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the one-time correction window for the CUET (UG) 2026 online application form.
Registered candidates can log in and make permitted corrections until February 11, 2026 (11:50 PM).

Changes can be made to sections such as personal details, educational details, subject choice, exam city preference, and photograph. However, certain information is not permitted.

How to make corrections in the CUET UG 2026 form?

First, visit the official CUET website cuet.nta.nic.in
Click on the CUET UG 2026 Correction Window link.
Log in by entering your application number and password.
Edit the information you need to correct.
Check all changes carefully. And now submit the click button
Download and save the confirmation page.

The CUET UG 2026 application process was recently released, and 14.92 lakh candidates have registered. This is an increase in the number of applications received compared to last year. In 2025, 13.54 lakh candidates applied.

55% Registrations from 5 States
UP has received the highest number of applicants, with 55% of registrations coming from these five states. According to data released by the NTA, 3.70 lakh candidates have registered from UP. 1.39 lakh from Delhi, 1.34 lakh from Bihar, 93,000 from Madhya Pradesh, approximately 89,000 from Rajasthan, and 79,000 from Haryana have registered. Over 9 lakh applications have been received from these five states alone.

Looking at the subject combinations in the CUET UG 2026 registration, the highest number of candidates chose English. According to data released by the NTA, 12.43 lakh candidates chose English as their subject. 83% of candidates chose English. This is followed by 9.23 lakh candidates for Chemistry, 8.86 lakh for Physics, and 8.84 lakh for General Test.
