CBSE CTET Admit Card 2026 Released: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the admit cards for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). Candidates who registered for the CTET exam can now view and download their hall tickets from the official websites ctet.nic.in and cbse.gov.in. The CBSE will conduct the Central Teacher Eligibility Test on February 7 and 8, 2026. CBSE released the admit cards for the exam today, February 5, 2026.

This national-level examination will be conducted in 132 cities in pen-and-paper mode. Candidates can now download their CTET 2026 admit cards through the official websites ctet.nic.in and cbse.gov.in. The admit card is an essential document and must be carried to the examination centre for entry. Candidates will need to use their login credentials to download the admit card.

CTET admit card 2026: Steps to download

Visit the official website: ctet.nic.in or cbse.gov.in
Click on the link that says “CTET 2026 Admit Card On the homepage.
A new window will open, prompting you to enter the details.
Enter your Application Number and password.
Click on the Submit button.
Your admit card will appear on the screen.
You can download the admit card and take a clear printout for future use.

qualifying marks
To qualify for CTET 2026, general category candidates must score at least 60 per cent. SC, ST, OBC, and PwD category candidates need at least 55% marks.

CTET Paper-2 Pattern (Classes 6-8)
CTET Paper-2 will consist of 150 questions from Child Development and Pedagogy (compulsory), Mathematics and Science (for Mathematics and Science teachers) or Social Studies/Social Science (for Social Studies/Social Science teachers), Language I (compulsory), and Language II (compulsory). This Paper-II will be held in the morning shift on February 7. The exam will be 2.30 hours long.

CTET 2026 Paper-1 Subjects
CTET Paper-1 is conducted for classes 1-5. This exam will be two hours long. Candidates will have to answer 150 questions. The subjects include Child Development and Pedagogy, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, Language I (compulsory), and Language II. Each question carries one mark. This paper will be held on February 7 at 2:30 PM.
