CBSE 10th Exam Date Sheet: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the date sheet for the Class 10 ‘Second Board Examination-2026.’ The CBSE Board had recently released the Class 10 results. According to the information shared by the Board, the second board examinations will commence on May 15, 2026, and will continue until May 21, 2026.
Please note that only those students who wish to improve their marks are eligible to appear for the CBSE Board’s second examination. Students are given the opportunity to improve their marks in up to three subjects.

Schedule for Main Subjects:
The examination timing will be from 10:30 AM to 01:30 PM.
May 15: Mathematics Standard (041) and Mathematics Basic (241).
May 16: English Communicative (101) and English Language and Literature (184).
May 18: Science (086).
May 19: Hindi Course-A (002), Urdu, Punjabi, and other regional languages.
May 20: Sanskrit (122), Information Technology (402), and AI (417).
May 21: Social Science (087) — The final day of the examination.
While releasing this date sheet, Dr Sanyam Bhardwaj clarified that the duration of the examination for certain subjects, such as Painting and Music, will be 2 hours. Students can download the PDF by visiting the official website: cbse.gov.in. Education experts believe that conducting examinations twice a year will reduce mental pressure on students and give them a better opportunity to improve their scores.
