CAT 2025 Result Declared: The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode has released the results of the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025. This examination is used for admission to MBA programs at prestigious IIMs and other top business schools in the country. Candidates can check their scores by logging in through the official website. The examination results were announced on December 24. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check their scorecard through the official website iimcat.ac.in.
When was the exam held?
This year, the CAT exam was conducted on November 30, 2025. The exam was held in three different shifts at 339 examination centres across 170 cities nationwide. After the exam, the provisional answer key was released on December 4. After considering objections, the final answer key was released on December 17. This time, approximately 2.58 lakh candidates appeared for the CAT exam.
What’s next?
After the declaration of the CAT 2025 results, the admission process for IIMs and other management institutes will begin. Different IIMs will shortlist candidates based on their predetermined selection criteria. The list of shortlisted candidates will be released on the official website of the respective IIMs. Selected candidates will be called for a personal interview, group discussion, or written ability test. Interview call letters will be sent to the candidates separately.
Toppers List Released
IIMs have also released the list of top-performing students. Last year, 14 candidates secured the 100th percentile, of which 13 were male, and 1 was female. 29 candidates secured 99.99 percentile and 30 candidates secured 99.98 percentile.
