Bihar Board Exam Date 2026. Big news is coming for millions of Bihar Board (BSEB) students. Students studying in classes 10th (Matriculation) and 12th (Intermediate) are eagerly awaiting their exam dates. Many states have released the schedule for upcoming board exams, so it’s expected that the Bihar Board will also announce the Bihar Board Time Table 2026 soon. Board exams will be held in February 2026
Like every year, the Bihar Board will conduct the main exams in February this year. Following last year’s pattern, the 10th-grade exams were conducted from February 17th to 25th, and the 12th-grade exams from February 1st to 12th. Based on this trend, it is believed that the BSEB Board Exams 2026 may also begin in the second or third week of February.
Before this, practical exams will be held in January 2026. Instructions to schools will be issued soon.
10th-12th Exams to be Held in Two Shifts
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is preparing to conduct the board exams in two shifts in 2026, as it does every year.
First Shift (Shift 1)
9:30 AM to 12:45 PM
3 hours 15 minutes
Second Shift (Shift 2)
2:00 PM to 5:15 PM
The total time will remain the same.
Students are advised to arrive at the examination centre at least 30 minutes before the start of the examination.
Bihar Board Time Table 2026 to be released soon
The board will release the date sheets for both matriculation and intermediate classes in PDF format on the official website. Students will be able to easily view the subject-wise dates once the timetable is released.
