Passport size photograph (scanned)
Signature (Scanned)
Eligibility:
Only Indian citizens can apply for PAN card.
The age of the applicant must be 18 years or more.
Minor PAN card can be applied for by parent/guardian for children below 18 years of age (offline process).
Online Application Fee:
₹107 (for general citizens)
₹500 (for foreign nationals)
Step by Step Process:
Visit the official PAN card application portal https://eportal.incometax.gov.in/.
Click on “For New PAN Users”.
Select “Application for New PAN Card”.
Select Aadhaar Card option and enter your Aadhaar number.
Click “Continue”.
Enter the required information (name, date of birth, gender, address etc.).
Upload your passport size photograph and signature.
Pay the application fee.
Click on “Submit”.
You will get an application number and a receipt.
To confirm the application, you will have to enter your Aadhaar OTP within 15 days.
Your PAN card will be sent to your address by post.

Pay the application fee online only.
